Reservation and payment:

  • In the season Villa is rented for the minimum period of 7 days
  • Change is on Saturday (arrival after 16h and departure before 10 am)
  • The contractor is obliged to pay a deposit of at least 30% within 5 days after reservation. The balance of the full amount to be paid by bank transfer or in person in cash on the day of arrival.
  • Upon arrival, paid and surety (insurance claims) for Villa Valencano in the amount of 300 EUR which will be refunded at check-out.
