Villa Valencan 1

Villa Valencan 1 is a sweet Villa with Pool for 5-6 persons located in the village of Betiga the southern part of the western coast of Istria , just 1.3 kilometers from the beautiful sandy beach and 20 km from the cultural and economic center of Istria – Pula.

The house was built in 2011 year ( semi-detached house with private fenced yard ) and equipped with modern furniture . Situated in a garden of approximately 130 m2, Villa Valencano 1 offers its guests a smaller pool with outdoor shower , barbecue and a covered terrace with a stone table , and private parking for two cars.

Villa has an area of ​​82 m2 on two floors and the ground floor, where there is a kitchen with dining table and sitting with the possibility of one bed , two bedrooms, one double with a double bed and bath / WC , one single ( bed width 120 cm) , shower / WC. On the first floor (attic ) there is a double room with a king bed , an extra single bed and shower / WC. From the kitchen and living room out onto the terrace with barbecue and stone table next to the pool.

RESERVATION & PAYMENT:

• In the season A, B, C Villa is rented for the minimum period of 7 days
• Change is on Saturday (arrival after 16h and departure before 10 am)
• The contractor is obliged to pay a deposit of at least 30% within 5 days after reservation. The balance of the full amount to be paid by bank transfer or in person in cash on the day of arrival.
• Upon arrival, paid and surety (insurance claims) for Villa Valencan 1 in the amount of 150 EUR which will be refunded at check-out.
